When I first heard of small group meetings in our church it conjured images of a combination prayer meeting/ Bible study, which in some ways they are. But having been part of a small group for a couple of years now, I relize that they are so much more. The regular meeting with brothers and sisters in Christ has been an important part of my spiritual growth and the fellowship is also fostering friendships that will continue in eternity. It's so cool to gather in Jesus name just like the first Christians in the early church! Small groups are a blessing!
